Finance and Transaction Senior Advisor (Contractor)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and seasoned strategic Senior Partner to lead and drive the growth of our Value realization and tracking practice. This role will involve developing and executing business development strategies, enhancing client engagement, shaping and refining proposals, and driving the overall growth of the practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in top consulting firms, with a strong focus on finance, transaction advisory, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the practice's market presence
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client engagements
- Have strong network in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Collaborate with leadership to set revenue targets and growth objectives
- Client Engagement:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction
- Lead client presentations
- Provide strategic input in client engagement, leveraging deep industry knowledge and expertise
- Proposal Development:
- Oversee the creation and refinement of proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions
- Ensure high-quality, compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of the practice
- Practice Growth:
- Shape and refine the practice’s service offerings, ensuring alignment with market demands and industry trends
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery within the practice
Qualifications:
- Experience
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in finance and transaction advisory, with significant exposure to business development and client engagement
- At least 8-10 years of experience in top-tier consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, Deloitte, PwC, Ernst & Young (EY), Kearney, PWC, KPMG
- Proven track record of leading successful business development initiatives and securing high-value client engagements
- Strong network in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Education
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are highly desirable

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Leadership capabilities with a focus on mentoring and team development
