Associate Director -Restructuring & Transformation
Job Purpose
The Associate Director of Restructuring and Transformation plays a crucial role in advising and supporting clients in corporate restructuring and transformation projects. This role partners with clients to identify underperforming areas, develop strategic turnaround plans, and implement effective solutions to achieve sustainable growth, drive organizational efficiency, and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead multiple client engagements across industries, providing strategic direction and ensuring delivery excellence
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on critical business challenges
- Business Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the firm’s business development strategies, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Project Delivery Drive the development of innovative solutions that address client problems in the context of holistic transformations
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership by publishing research and presenting at conferences, solidifying the firm’s reputation in key sectors.
- Mentorship and Talent Development: Manage and mentor consulting teams, ensuring the growth and development of junior team members. Spearhead the firm's growth within specific industries or functional areas by developing expertise and building high-performing teams
Qualifications
- Strong academic background (MBA or other advanced degrees preferred)
- Minimum of 10 - 15+ years of experience in management consulting or relevant industry roles, with a proven track record in leading large-scale transformations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical and quantitative focus
- Demonstrated expertise in building client relationships and generating business growth
- Outstanding leadership abilities, including experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to influence decision-makers.
