Generalist Arabic Speaker (Public Sector Focus) FTC-FTE
Job Description
- Support the Practice Leaders or Project Leaders with executive summaries and in-depth research by working through a wide range of information tools and proprietary databases
- Conduct primary research, collect and analyse secondary research, extrapolate key insights and prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings
- Prepare high quality presentations for clients including visually compelling documents, reports, and charts.
- Lead small workstreams within larger projects and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Assist project team with relationship development, client need identification and proposal preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- 6 - 8+ years of experience in consulting, with a significant focus on public sector projects or significant experience in the public sector in an internal consulting role
- Previous experience of working with government clients is a plus
- Relationships with public sector leaders and a proven ability to manoeuvre through government channels
Skills and Competencies
- Consulting business knowledge
- Arabic speaker mandatory - UAE national preferred
- Analytical skills - Ability to synthesize information and glean key concepts and trends from the information, provide own point of view and insights in the deliverables. Summarize and evaluate research findings
- Communication skills - Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills. Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely
- Entrepreneurial mindset – Develop innovative solutions to solve client problems and adapt to work in dynamic work environments
- Project delivery – Accountable and driven. Takes full responsibility for independent modules of the work and consistently deliver timely and high-quality execution of assigned analysis
