About the Role

The Digital Transformation Director is a senior, strategic position designed to lead and deliver innovative digital transformation initiatives for our clients. This role requires a highly experienced professional with 12-15 years of expertise in digital technologies, market strategies, and business transformation. The successful candidate will develop and implement go-to-market strategies, drive digital innovation, and provide leadership to cross-functional teams, enabling clients to achieve competitive advantage and long-term success

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for digital transformation projects
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and guidance on digital transformation initiatives.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

• Lead client engagements from initial consultation to implementation and optimization, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships, positioning Contango as a leading partner in digital innovation.

Innovation and Technology Integration

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for leveraging digital technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud computing.
• Monitor and analyse market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Project Management

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and performance across diverse stakeholders.

Business Development

• Deliver impactful presentations and proposals, articulating Contango’s digital transformation capabilities and value propositions.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for closing deals and winning clients to drive business growth.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 12-15 years of experience in digital transformation, go-to-market strategy, and consulting, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and management or strategy at a top-tier consulting firms).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
• MBA (Master of Business Administration) with a focus on digital strategy, innovation, or technology management, preferred.
• Expertise in digital technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, cloud computing) and their business applications.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
