Operating Model and Organisational Design Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Operating Model and Organisational Design Consultant to join our high-performing Organisational Health consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience from top-tier consulting firms with deep specialisation in operating model and organisation structure design and implementation and strong exposure to other areas in the People space such as organisational transformation, workforce planning, culture, HR transformation, capability assessments, cost optimisation and change management. Exposure to technology aspects such as HR systems implementation, AI and RPA would be preferable
This role will involve leading complex projects across a variety of industries and sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current operating models; develop and implement target blueprints of the new operating model, covering organisational structure, governance, processes, people capability and technology requirements, to drive organisational performance and overall organisational effectiveness
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current organisational structures and identify gaps, issues and recommendations; develop and implement target organisational structures, covering business capabilities, people capabilities and workforce planning (including costing)
- Conduct leadership and team assessments to determine current capabilities against future requirements; develop and implement leadership development programs, employee training programmes and hiring/separation plans
- Conduct culture assessments, employee engagement assessments and facilitate workshops; develop and implement future culture blueprint and strategies to drive cultural change, including communications plans and change management plans
- Collaborate with senior leadership teams to design and implement organizational health initiatives that align with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Use data-driven insights and diagnostic tools to evaluate organizational health metrics, identify areas of improvement, and recommend solutions
- Support project teams in delivering strategic solutions across a range of industries, including but not limited to, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Mobility, FMCG, Public Sector, etc.
- Develop innovative strategies and actionable recommendations to help clients improve operational efficiency and achieve long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key initiatives, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Craft in-depth data analyses to drive sophisticated hypothesis generation and present findings and strategic insights to senior management and client stakeholders.
- Prepare high quality presentations/proposals for clients including visually compelling documents, reports, and charts.
- Assist project team with client relationship development, client need identification and proposal preparation
- Promote high standards of service delivery and support team members to achieve client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or a related field
- Master's degree and / or an MBA, and/or evidence of a strong academic record
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in top tier management consulting firm, with a focus on operating model and organisational structure design and implementation
- Strong client management experience
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage but not essential.

- Ability to conceptualize and communicate strategic solutions to other team members and senior clients.
- Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams is a plus.
