We are seeking a Steel Manufacturing Expert with deep expertise in steel production processes, operational efficiency, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in steel plant operations, production optimization, and technical knowledge of metallurgy, rolling, and casting. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert opinion on steel manufacturing processes, including melting, casting, rolling, and finishing
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness 
• Advise on raw material procurement, energy consumption, and production planning
• Develop and implement cost management strategies for steel production processes
• Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Implement industry best practices in process control, maintenance, and quality assurance
• Stay updated on advancements in steel manufacturing technology and sustainability initiatives
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in steel manufacturing business
• Deep knowledge of plant operations, energy efficiency, and production optimization
• Preferred experience in cost management and financial planning
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in cost transformation projects
• Strong understanding of steel market dynamics and supply chain management
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and Six Sigma
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Contract Duration: 3- 6 Months
