We are seeking a commercially focused Consulting Manager to join for a project-specific requirement. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in commercial transformation across the consumer sector, looking to lead high-impact consulting engagements with top-tier clients in Egypt and the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of commercial transformation projects, such as:
• Sales force excellence
• Commercial organization design
• Route-to-market optimization
• Portfolio optimization
• Revenue growth management (RGM)
• Pricing and promotion strategy
• Sales incentive and performance design
• Conduct detailed market and competitor analyses to identify revenue growth opportunities
• Work closely with client stakeholders to co-develop strategies and design practical implementation roadmaps
• Drive data-driven insights to support hypothesis testing and strategic recommendations
• Prepare high-quality, visually compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior client audiences
• Actively support business development efforts including client need identification, proposal development, and pitch material creation
• Foster long-term relationships with clients through high-quality delivery and consistent value creation

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5+ years of total work experience, including 2–3 years in a top-tier management or strategy consulting firm
• Demonstrated experience delivering commercial transformation or go-to-market projects
• Functional expertise in sales, marketing, pricing, trade terms, or channel strategy
• Industry knowledge in food & beverage, QSR/food service, FMCG, or consumer durables in Egypt or the broader region
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Master’s is a plus)
• Strong command of English; fluency in Arabic is an advantage
