Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director – ERM/ Risk Consulting to lead enterprise and strategic risk management initiatives across government and private sector clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in risk consulting and governance, strong analytical skills, and a solid track record of leading complex engagements and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks and strategic risk initiatives.
• Conduct complex statistical analyses and risk modelling to inform decision-making processes.
• Support clients in developing risk-informed strategy, operating models, and business processes.
• Manage and oversee multiple consulting projects, ensuring quality delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on risk and strategy topics.
• Drive business development activities including proposal writing, client presentations, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Mentor and lead junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA, Master of Finance, Master of Risk Management, or Master’s in Quantitative/Statistical Analysis.
• 12+ years of experience in risk management, with a strong preference for consulting background.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic and enterprise risk management.
• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis, data modelling, and scenario planning tools.
• Deep understanding of strategy development, governance, operating model design, business process management, and financial management.
• Proven experience in managing teams and complex projects across industries.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in business development and proposal development is essential.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
