Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager with a strong background in finance, investments, and mergers & acquisitions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial analysis, feasibility studies, business planning, and investment evaluation, with a strong preference for professionals experienced in the real estate sector and top management consultancy firms, particularly within Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyse investment opportunities, including commercial viability and strategic fit.
• Develop robust financial models and conduct valuations to support investment decisions.
• Prepare and present high-impact Investment Committee materials and business cases.
• Support the development of long-term strategic and business plans for new and existing investment initiatives.
• Conduct market and industry research with a focus on Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across government entities, private sector partners, and internal teams to drive investment initiatives.

Core Competencies

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in finance, investment consulting, or M&A, with demonstrated exposure to real estate projects.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience working in Abu Dhabi or within UAE public sector entities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; Master's degree in Finance, Investments, or a related discipline is preferred.
• CFA designation is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel-based financial modelling and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
• Solid understanding of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, regulatory environment, and investment landscape.
