About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Investment Consultant with a strong background in real estate to support investment advisory projects for a real estate client in Abu Dhabi, primarily involving financial modeling, feasibility studies, market research, deal evaluation, and transaction execution support. Strong consulting, investment, and transaction experience is important, while prior real estate exposure would be beneficial. Candidates with advisory or consulting backgrounds and immediate availability will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Support investment advisory engagements across financial modeling, feasibility assessment, market analysis, and deal evaluation
Build and review financial models to assess commercial viability, returns, sensitivities, and funding implications
Conduct market research and benchmarking to support investment decisions and opportunity assessment
Support the development of feasibility studies, including demand, revenue, cost, and risk assessment
Evaluate opportunities against strategic, commercial, and financial criteria
Support transaction execution through diligence coordination, analysis, and preparation of deal materials
Prepare investment memos, business cases, presentations, and other decision-support materials for client stakeholders
Manage project workstreams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery
Support assessment of deal structure and key commercial terms as part of transaction discussions
Candidate Requirements
5–8 years of experience in consulting, investment advisory, M&A, corporate finance, or asset management
Solid investment and transaction experience, with exposure across evaluation and execution
Prior real estate experience is preferred, particularly in investment-related roles
Prior consulting or advisory experience is an advantage
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis capabilities
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently, on-site, and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; CFA is a plus, but not required
Immediate availability preferred
